Free Delivery
We offer our customers free shipping when spending:-
UK - Apparel & Home orders of £350.00 or more.
EU - Home & Interior orders of £600.00 or more.
This will automatically be activated at checkout. *However, please be advised that in order to qualify for "free shipping", that the rate is calculated by the net price of the total cart value, excluding any applicable VAT or taxes within the country of destination.
For our EU customers
We collect the VAT based on the country from which you place your order.
UK Shipping - £8.90 + VAT on all orders within mainland UK (except furniture).

For our US customers
Please be advised that goods valued over $800(USD), may be subject to additional duties and taxes when being imported into the United States of America. The amount charged to the recipient is controlled by US Customs and Border Protection.

Delivery to APO/BFPO and PO BOX addresses not currently available.
We are unable to accept responsibility for customs and handling charges levied by authorities in the country of destination. However if you are sending a gift abroad please contact us to arrange the duty and taxes payment to ensure the recipient does not have to meet the fees.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email, including an Order Tracking Reference that you can use to track your parcel. For special delivery requests - please email enquiries@themerchantfox.co.uk.
A signature is required on all deliveries and we regret that we are unable to leave packages in a secure place.
